Overview

The Life Skills Training Program, initiated by the Health Communication and life skills unit / Media and publicity unit of the Health Promotion Bureau, Sri Lanka, aims to empower individuals with essential life skills that promote personal development, mental well-being, and social competence. The program focuses on enhancing critical thinking, decision-making, emotional regulation, communication, and interpersonal skills through workshops, interactive sessions, and community outreach initiatives. By equipping participants with these foundational skills, the program encourages positive life choices and effective coping strategies. The responsibility of the program includes designing and implementing strategies that cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and healthy social interactions.
