These groups often serve as a platform for sharing experiences and advice, which can improve the overall well-being of family members and the community as a whole. Research includes exploring how family relationships, parenting styles, and household environments impact physical and mental health.
Focuses on dietary patterns, nutritional interventions, and the impact of nutrition on overall health. It includes studying how different diets affect health and developing strategies to promote better eating habits. Sharing nutrition and health information with families and between healthcare providers and communities. This includes developing and studying communication strategies that can effectively convey health messages and improve health literacy.
Behavior Research
The goal is to generate evidence for health and nutrition behaviours and develop interventions to promote healthier choices. Involves examining the behaviors that affect health and nutrition, such as eating habits, physical activity, and health-related decision-making. Research includes exploring how family relationships, parenting styles, and household environments impact nutrition and health.
