Do you see dark spots or blurry patches in your vision? It might not be your glasses or tired eyes. It could be diabetic retinopathy.

Diabetes can damage your sight quietly, long before you notice changes. By the time symptoms show, the harm can be serious.
You’re at higher risk if you:
Have had diabetes for many years
Struggle to keep your sugar levels steady
Have high blood pressure or cholesterol
Smoke regularly

The good news: you can prevent vision loss.
• Get your eyes checked every year by an eye doctor.
• Early detection can stop diabetic retinopathy before it steals your sight.
Take control today:
• Manage your blood sugar, pressure, and cholesterol
• Eat healthy and stay active
• Quit smoking
Don’t wait until the world fades.
Protect your sight. Get yourself tested
